At IDA+S, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack your items in their original IDA+S packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
